I have worked with this organisation for 8 year Here is my experience I want to share with you Salary Salary is less compare to market. Overtime is available for grade 7 and below..but again overtime are is very less.. Maximum for supervisor grade (7) is 22 AED per hours. Promotion If you are working with Transmission equipment maintenance department, forget about it..there are people with 20+ years of experience in same position are still waiting for their turn to get promoted. One who has experience in Buttering manager, act like slave in office will has high chace fo get it in 5 years frame. Increment No increment, your joining salary ll be your last salary at time of recruitment. Culture No working culture Company is divided with multiple nationality culture Egypt, Jordan,India, Pakistan Company is publically listed but there is nothing like Culture diversity You ll not get chance to celebrate your festival until and unless you have Islamic faith.

This company hiring processes is very good first take face to face interview if you are selected in interview then you will qualify fir written test and practical test that means unexpericed guy cant be select in this company. We can say that if you are working in dewa then you can do work any big company. Its working hour is very good and 2 holiday in week. And our job is secure for 60 years of my age. Every thing is good for employee.

Company good for UAE local only not for expatriates. Its better to work outside private company . For name sake it's government company but no growth for expatriates.

...ffered from COVID, company not bothered for COVID free test for poor labourers. Labourers who get monthly salary of 2500 they paid DHS 500 (Indian money 10000 rupees ) from their pocket . After discharge from hospital company not allowed employee to join office and asked for another test. Salary not paid to employee. Employee were insured but insurance company said COVID not covered This way company treat his valuable expatriates staff. I felt so bad if company don't have humanity so who will work .I resigned from my job for my end of service settlement I begged them after one month they gave me settlement and said balance will be cleared soon in my account in India. more then 15 months passed still am waiting for balance settlement money . Sent several emails but no one response back.

There is medical insurance is not equal for all grade. especially from grade 7 and below. There is differentiation between the grades up to 7 and above. Medical for all employees must be equally. Because all lives are equally valued.
