...to grab knowledge from every segment. Some people are really nice. Team is good. Best part is Salary on time. Culture is good. Job pressure is there yet feels like Govt job. Company is fast moving now.

Some people of this company are working hard and few are not even know how to work. There are many people holds senior position in this company who are worth less and good for nothing. There are so many nepotism and politics behind the straight people.

This company comes with a vast network and they are expanding day by day. One can experience a growth with the company. For a long time journey it's a good organisation to stay with due to it's job security and management are bit emotional about their staffs.

...Not organised at all. Need to update their process, staffs, IT and over quality. Salary is big reason to worry here.

...The distribution of jobs are imperial. HR team is pathetic. Nasty work practice. Salary are to low. Increment are same.

Internal politics is very prominent. Chance of growth is very low morever tendency to imposing own clad and own people is very high

... to solve the issue but but all blame and give tremendous pressure to employees. They will deduct down people salary for lost shipments. Employees are working till 12 to 1:00 p.m. late night due to lack of manpower give to less salary difficult to fill the open position not timing for employees at least salary paid only ESIC but not register by all the employees insurance policy also not covered more than 1 lakh.

Good but some time in bihar some rular branch. Facilities is extra bad but I m working this company and lots of facilities are increasing good support for only kolkata team IT TEAM but didn't support bihar team ANY DEPARTMENT .. ONLY ABHAY SIR AND SANJEEV SIR SUPPORTING ALWAYS

...e Sanjeev sir abhay sir ... all employees report is false as per my councern .. I know that I'm working this time some delivery boy always unhappy not pay less then 2000 .. I'm sent this message my senior but he can't support.. this is very bad 😞
