I have learned each and everything about express industry. DTDC management is too competitive and p many programs to develop the skills of employees. That's why we learned many things. Here is proper way of working. Everything is here systematic. I am looking for change and want to learn new skills and financial growth.

I am working with DTDC since 2013 . Every year increased salary only 8% of basic in flat. Old employee salary is less then that of new unexperienced person. That's a big issue with DTDC.

its fastest growing comapny , i have learnt lot from this company ,very friendly enivioremnet is their and lots of activeity done over there which helps to grow your self .

They used to pay salary but everytime threaten you that your salary will be on hold/deducted in case you miss deadline They also don't pay FnF

The problem is with 1 man in Ecommerce. He is the problem. He is arrogant man. Don't join ecommerce. Join only if you get 200% hike atleast. That man has very bad past history

The salary comes on time . And promotions are also done as per the performance parameters is achieved.

The weekly review mechanism for ACM and above is done very aggressively. If the weekly target is not achieved then the seniors treat very badly to the subordinates on the concall.

...o employees who butter the senior. Absolute minimum wage for ground level staff. Salary cut from ground staff if any item is lost or damaged, but not same for senior management.
