Compensation is very less but lot of learning especially handing channel partners and operations. Managers are very close minded are not ready to take new ideas. Micro management and has have clean transparent environment. Middle management is directly exposed to md it become very difficult and employees feedback is taken by channel partners which very wrong

...to grab knowledge from every segment. Some people are really nice. Team is good. Best part is Salary on time. Culture is good. Job pressure is there yet feels like Govt job. Company is fast moving now.

Dislikes

Some people of this company are working hard and few are not even know how to work. There are many people holds senior position in this company who are worth less and good for nothing. There are so many nepotism and politics behind the straight people.

...to join ops post in east this best platform coz of you can earn outside income .example if your salary 10000 you can get 70000.fully corrupted in east .here you will face nepotism .

This company comes with a vast network and they are expanding day by day. One can experience a growth with the company. For a long time journey it's a good organisation to stay with due to it's job security and management are bit emotional about their staffs.

Dislikes

...Not organised at all. Need to update their process, staffs, IT and over quality. Salary is big reason to worry here.

Seniors are very co-operative. Salary on time. As a company nice to work. All allowances are paid with EPF, Bonus, Mediclaim etc.

Dislikes

Company operates with too many rules and regulations which discourages clients to work with us. No proper subjective training is available.
