...o employees who butter the senior. Absolute minimum wage for ground level staff. Salary cut from ground staff if any item is lost or damaged, but not same for senior management.

What I didn't like was booking, shorting and charging the van . Accordingly, the salary is low. Everyone should be assigned their job. But here the work is done right from booking to filling the van. And did not like the low salary

Employee gets salary on time 3rd day of month

*No proper management, *politics like they makes an illiterate person as Team Leader or you can say gives promotion who even doesn't know how to communicate, *salary is very less no increment they increase like 400-500 per year like seriously, *They are not willing to give employees leaves they don't care they just want an employee in the office anyhow

work-life balance, work environment, salary, politics are some which i dislike about the company..

The salary comes on time . And promotions are also done as per the performance parameters is achieved.

Dislikes

The weekly review mechanism for ACM and above is done very aggressively. If the weekly target is not achieved then the seniors treat very badly to the subordinates on the concall.
