...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Our co employees are comfortable. Area Manager and Branch Manager are so friendly. They can help to solve some critical operations. Area Manager gave motivation to employees. They can help to smooth operation. They will talk to the other branch to get their not-inscanned shipments are getting scanned. We receive some not inscan shipments from another branch. Our Area Manager talked other branch about not inscanned shipments, And he can make for us inscan shipments properly.

Dislikes

Man power was not enough. Salary is very low. Iam working 12 hours shift. And some employees working 8 hours shift our salary is almost same. And also I have 14 months experience. 8 hours shift employees are fresher's. Our trally was not working well. Our systems are very slow for some operations. Stationery also not enough.

...ment is a full waste - HR has no sense , only they will call you for interviews - After the salary negotiations and selection, they will tell you that their budget is 7-8 lakhs which is too way less than your current salary. - Idiot Managers, who interview you and select you and ask for a F2F discussion just to meet you and after that they will tell you their budget . Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
