Our co employees are comfortable. Area Manager and Branch Manager are so friendly. They can help to solve some critical operations. Area Manager gave motivation to employees. They can help to smooth operation. They will talk to the other branch to get their not-inscanned shipments are getting scanned. We receive some not inscan shipments from another branch. Our Area Manager talked other branch about not inscanned shipments, And he can make for us inscan shipments properly.

Man power was not enough. Salary is very low. Iam working 12 hours shift. And some employees working 8 hours shift our salary is almost same. And also I have 14 months experience. 8 hours shift employees are fresher's. Our trally was not working well. Our systems are very slow for some operations. Stationery also not enough.

...o employees who butter the senior. Absolute minimum wage for ground level staff. Salary cut from ground staff if any item is lost or damaged, but not same for senior management.

...ment is a full waste - HR has no sense , only they will call you for interviews - After the salary negotiations and selection, they will tell you that their budget is 7-8 lakhs which is too way less than your current salary. - Idiot Managers, who interview you and select you and ask for a F2F discussion just to meet you and after that they will tell you their budget . Waste company- Never ever go for interviews there. Ashwini Vane , Surya Prakash- HR is totally waste and dishonest person -

The one who really wants to understand the logistic, should definately be a part of DTDC as the process itself is extremely wonderful.

I feel like Recognitions and motivation is missing somewhere specially for the ones who work at ground level in less pay...to keep their moral up and get the best out of them it is very important that they get recognised for their hard work not just by speeches but with the rewards...
