A good company and a very powerfull brand and the company policies are good the company give the bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management dosent address out issues salary is decent but career growth is slow

The salary comes on time . And promotions are also done as per the performance parameters is achieved.

The weekly review mechanism for ACM and above is done very aggressively. If the weekly target is not achieved then the seniors treat very badly to the subordinates on the concall.

...o employees who butter the senior. Absolute minimum wage for ground level staff. Salary cut from ground staff if any item is lost or damaged, but not same for senior management.

On time salary…no extra pressure. Work life balance. Appreciation from seniors. Motivational behaviours from seniors.

Dislikes

Huge problem with skill development. Other facilities like TA(3rs /km) for Jm grade,food -400/day for office trip, medical facilities etc are very less!!
