...ment is a full waste - HR has no sense , only they will call you for interviews - After the salary negotiations and selection, they will tell you that their budget is 7-8 lakhs which is too way less than your current salary. - Idiot Managers, who interview you and select you and ask for a F2F discussion just to meet you and after that they will tell you their budget . Seniors are very co-operative. Salary on time. As a company nice to work. All allowances are paid with EPF, Bonus, Mediclaim etc.

Dislikes

Company operates with too many rules and regulations which discourages clients to work with us. No proper subjective training is available.

As a corporate employee- 1. Work life balance is good. 2. Job Security- 100% for operational role 3. Management is very good. 4. Learning opportunities depends on particular individual or employee. 5. Working hour is 8 hours (including lunch break)

1. Little less salary. 2. 6th day working. 3. No foods available in cafeteria. Need to buy from outside. Other wise ok.

They used to pay salary but everytime threaten you that your salary will be on hold/deducted in case you miss deadline They also don't pay FnF

The problem is with 1 man in Ecommerce. He is the problem. He is arrogant man. Don't join ecommerce. Join only if you get 200% hike atleast. That man has very bad past history

The salary comes on time . And promotions are also done as per the performance parameters is achieved.

The weekly review mechanism for ACM and above is done very aggressively. If the weekly target is not achieved then the seniors treat very badly to the subordinates on the concall.
