Salary is good.. in hand is far better than other companies

Dislikes

No growth in career , no professional behaviour. Boss and employee work culture is present. You don't work with your lead or manager you work under them. So just follow them blindly if you want growth or security in your job. Lots of politics. No learning if it's not necessary for your current role. All managers are not same but majority are like boss.. specially who are there from long time.

Every thing is fine hear and mostly I liked the shifts in DST that is only one shift no rotational which is so comfortable to everyone.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high and growth is low, compensation is not as expected

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year Thank you

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Great place to start your career, if you are interested learn to about financial markets i would say it is the right company to start you career, managers and team leads are so co operative and motivative.

..., business communication, developing self and lots more. Job security is there. Good career growth and good salary. DST has good travelling policies and it's great place to work.

Dislikes

Policies are not employee friendly, particularly additional benefits which is provided by the company based upon the employee performance at the year end. As well as lots of work load is there.
