In terms of work culture, we can communicate with all the teams available and they'll help without any hesitation. Any team every person here is friendly irrespective of experience, they treat good. Good place to work in environment like this. Good friends and best people to hangout with on vacations. Even in pandemic situations, handling well with required h/w and providing sufficient inputs for employee. Workload here is always moderate keeps you 100% occupied but Work pressure is very less.

Moving from team to team is easier, but in some cases where there is no requirement or workload is low, then chances are that we stay and don't move.
