...ement were supportive before COVID-19 but circumstances changes during Lockdown.No salary hike and bonus over a year.

NO SALARY ON TIME.DELAYED BY 2 MONTHS EVEN BEFORE COVID 19. NO INCREMENT NO BONUS JUST WORK LIKE AN ROBOT. Even Company doesn't supported during covid 19 too. Employee was forced to travel regurlarly by their convinance even when there was a risk of Covid and even though trains was not Started and even company was not under essential services. NO TRAVELLING CONVEYANCE WAS GIVEN. NO CLEAR IDEA ABOUT THE SALARY ALSO DURING COVID 19. I WORKED WITHOUT SALARY FOR 3 MONTHS. COMPANY TOOKED ADVANTAGE OF COVID 19.

The work culture is good and commendable, no certain heirarchy or insider politics. All worked as a single team without any differences.

Dislikes

The salary being compensated is below the basic minimum wage, no benefits until after completion of 1 year. More meetings less actions.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
