Salary is in par with the industry standards.Company is located near the city centre.Work-life balance is good since the normal working hours per week is only 40(You may need to work additional hours which is paid accordingly).

Managers are disrespectful to lower level employees,often mocks with derogatory remarks.

Really great experience in drydocks time to time pay the salary or safe to work for workers at job location and safety department is doing good job for workers side

Not gave the Overtime and some restrictions and hard worker not getting the promotions

I like the fact that I'm able to work in a team who has a global client base and open to innovation from all irrespective of level.

Dislikes

I dislike the fact that salary isn't too decent and promotion is very slow. Work pressure is high and work life balance isn't too alright as a result of long working hours. People have to work more hours to get a salary close to decent.

Job security and compensation &benefits very good company given accommodation and food facility maybe very good . Company working site and accommodation near donor pushing to work hard so everyone is good

The company salary is on time. Working arrangement is properly arrangement. They often give training for your additional knowledge and certification. The clinic and accommodation within the premises, with complete facilities.

The discrimination of the nationalities,Who on the highers position like managers, they like to promote, increase salary, and appraisal for their countrymen, than the other qualified person on their department.
