There said to work in covid also for all employees but till now der didn't paid my salary almost 4month salary there didint pay then suddenly there said to leave the job then I said to give my payment till now no1 are responsible for my salary so iam planning to give complaint in labour department so that I will get my salary

Most terrible company. They don't have funds to provide salary for employees., You'll get salary once in 2 month's. If you question on anything then they'll start blaming on you and provide you a gift called " Termination / Salary Hold ". Even an Uneducated fool can sit in higher level position if start favouring your higher level employees. And people who work obediently then you'll be terminated. And dear Kannadigas please don't join this company., You won't get a minimum respect. No job security, no life security.

Salary is no paid on time, even if anything happen to your family members, Co-founders and management always ignore there employees.

Managment is very terrible and and very irresponsible when it come to payment of salaries. Very few experienced people in the mid management.
