One of the work company to work with. No management no one to look for who is working on which project. They have 0 co ordination between them. Anyone comes at their own timing leaves at own timing. Some people also don't come regularly. Some people allowed take Saturday off and some are don't. Pressure is only on who is working sincerely, pressure is not built on who don't work. Even if you work hard you might hear that muft ki roti kha rahe ho. Very bad abusive culture. So called seniors also don't know how to talk with others. They think they r superior and others are inferior and they will treat you the same. And you will not get any facilities also. You have to work overtime without overtime payment.
