No job Security, work culture very clumsy and full of burden enviornment, management not capable to choose good staff and not taken right decision on right place, policies always against to employees and customers . i worked there 13 years and management and principal was very unexperienced not taken decision at right time and right place, uncivilized principal which was not to know how to behave with staff and students.

Dislikes

no training, no job security, no carrier growth, no appraisals, no travel, always politics , no learning, very burdenfull and sadness enviornment, no innovations. very poor and terrible experiences.

Nothing there to like about.

Dislikes

I work there with full enthusiasm but my all efforts were in vain. Lots of exploitation is there for teachers, staff and even students. This school is a business running in loss and the management proves they were providing everything but actually they were not just charging high fee's and not providing what the parents paid for. My worst experience of life. Many more things are there but I can't explain here more.
