Drishtee Foundation is the second home of all employees. Team from Field to Top management is very supportive. Drishtee is giving freedom to explore the possibilities of project success and discuss. Top management is always available on phone and mail.

Didn't find anything which I don't like since last 16 years which I can mention here!

Likes

One can gain experience working on the ground with real people and problems. Inter-personal skills and communication skills will become better as one has to talk to people everyday.

Dislikes

Lack of work-life balance as it gets really difficult after a certain point.

Colleagues are great and supportive, but the higher authority does not take any feedback/suggestions. Things work differently on the ground than on paper; they do not understand this at all. Also, they do not provide any training, so basically, you are on your own in and outside the field. And nothing is free. Everything is chargeable, which is difficult for rural people to afford.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
