I worked here for over 2 years and initially my experience was great. Great office space. Lot to learn about other industries.

Dislikes

Management quality has depleted drastically. Hr has become useless and pupets of the manager. Your manager is drained mentally and he/she drains you further.

Likes

1. Working environment and culture is very good. All the TL's are very kind and helpful. They will literally treat you like a family member. 2. Drip have lot of smart and intelligent folks and working with them gives you a lot of experience. 3. Work they are doing is really excited(even more for backend developers)

Dislikes

I am not able understand the management policies what they want to do. First they fire ~30% of people(because of some fraud to compensate) then people started resigning from the company. Myself don't know what is happening with Drip right now(as on 21st/March/2023).

Likes

Company policies, work culture, management is awesome at Drip Capital. I love almost everything about Drip Capital. I haven't had chance to work with such an amazing company in my past 10+ years of experience.

Dislikes

I won't say I dislike this but everyone is preoccupied with multiple things so it takes little time in getting your thing done. Of course top priorities does get the required attention.

Likes

The company has nice work culture and allows employee to work freely, Also there is a good support of seniors. Employees are Motivated and appreciated for their efforts. There are lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR department. They also have a beautiful and friendly co-work space. Last but not the Least using of latest technology to ease the working and there are many such good things but these are the major points.

There is nothing as of Now.

Likes

Drip's cultural environment is welcoming. There's zero discrimination and everybody is so warm and respectful even in stressful situations. The priority Drip gives to employees, culture, and mental health - it's incredible. My work-life balance has never been better. Even the growth I've had in a year has been amazing. They got certified as a great place to work last year - but I knew it was the case even before that :) I don't think I would have coped through Covid as well, if it wasn't for the support I had from the entire company.

Dislikes

There is very little politics - which is inevitable in an organization. I definitely wish there was more empathy in those situations. Apart from that, I think Drip is perfect
