...am for showcasing in " Investor Pitch " Once funding is closed team is fired. They will believe in there development and better compensation ( ~ 70 Lakh ) .

Treat there employees & " Core Tream " as fool. When you ask for better compensation , founder will tell we don't have enough fund, but soon they hire ABC post people. It's better keep away from Drinkprime and there charity founder.

Flexible work timings and work from home during weekends . Company culture is great people are very helpful. You can connect directly with the directors and co founders. Learning opportunities are great as it is a startup. Great experience overall working here.

One of the best work environments , as a startup you get to contribute to multiple initiatives. The upper management is approachable. You learn a lot . Good for freshers to learn and grow. Hybrid work environment

Reviewing because of a employee named as Sanjewani Rai or Sanjewani Victor Rai of DrinkPrime. Sanjewani Rai has a reputation of being arrogant and bullying. She is known for berating her subordinates for making threats and being accused of blackmailing against them. In an effort to avoid further scrutiny, she has recently changed her name from Sanjeewani Victor Rai to Sanjewani Victor Rai. She is hoping that it will helps het to distance herself from past deeds and will protect her from any future jobs. This allegations on her have been made by multiple people. She is just like the nature of Pushpal Roy of HDFC bank who talks to others just like a shit. It is also important for companies to create a culture of respect and inclusion and should have clear policies in place that prohibit harrassment and bullying.

If internal employees has been working in same idea , founder doesn't trust on internal employees they feel that external consultants can solve the problem. If internal team suggests same solution long back but they need authentication for extrrnal consultants because they don't belive in internal employees
