The company is different asper your position. They will change the policies whenever they want. All the false information on website, even they make their own certificate and award for them shelf. No actual photos of office on google. Office location is in basement, so much network issue.

They do not need the person who are honest to there work... Salary and career growth both are neglected here.. they just think of money... And want work sitting at there home... And sitting idle in there cabin..
