I am working at a managerial level, the founder of the company is very good and polite. He understands everyone's need and he doesn't force you to work and keeps you like a family.

Dislikes

The sales director does micro- management. All the time he does is baseless arguments. He acts like he is running the company but has very less product knowledge and technical. Here you'll constantly get a feeling that the moment your work is done they are gonna fire you or in most cases they create a mental pressure that you yourself submit your resignation so that they don't have to pay for the termination.

Very I am working here from a long time Great culture. People really care about each other. Decent pay, great office, great work-life balance. Friendly knowledgeable staff and great selection of fresh fish. I would recommend to anyone in the local area…
