Likes

There is no system in the company but they thinks about big dreams which never happened till date. They cannot understand the simple things like children development, school etiquette etc.

The company should adopt industry practice how other schools are running in the vicinity. there is frequent change of leadership in the company.. the people are given the responsibility without having the basic knowlege of school norms because of this today the company has closed several schools followed by some more schools in coming years.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
