The biggers do not value the individual and their is no unique complaint department for that , no listener for you , very unbalanced and slow growth of company , with heavy and uncertain , non understandable pressure , due to that no one want to work more then two months , after join they started alternative Immediately ...

Over all the company was good at staring In 2015 later slowly company got loss and takeover by other k-12 company,They played the games with existing employes one by one and told to put down the papers.

Dislikes

Dream company is good but dont know to handle the work,the main director of the company newer see the company how is it going on at state level heads play the negative role and eat the profit money at last simple and end employes faces the problems and the higher HR removes the inosent employes with out proper evidence.

Colleagues are good, secured work environment, learning different subjects, on every work - finance involvement is more, most of the interactions with other states people like Odisha, UP, MP, Rajastan, Gujarat, West Bengal, AP and Chattisgarh

No specific work, no time to update my self, work load and more work on secretarial not legal, No team for legal - directly reporting to AVP-Legal
