I started our work as an Account Executive in Dream India Foundation Society after promotion I posted here as Zonal Accountant. Our work was to check our zone branches accounts and make reports and report to our seniors.We audit within our state branches.

Over all the company was good at staring In 2015 later slowly company got loss and takeover by other k-12 company,They played the games with existing employes one by one and told to put down the papers.

Dream company is good but dont know to handle the work,the main director of the company newer see the company how is it going on at state level heads play the negative role and eat the profit money at last simple and end employes faces the problems and the higher HR removes the inosent employes with out proper evidence.
