There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues .Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign On the job tranning is not given to new joinees

Managers are extremely helpful and they help in our skill development. Schwabe is always searching for new avenues to penetrate and grow, no other Homoeopathic company has such aggressive marketing. Schwabe India invests more and more every year in it's R&D to develop new palliative medicines .

Initially the salary is pretty low.

Company is well settled in market and good product and result oriented I like the employee re hire policy

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow I have to work 10-12 hours daily. Working pressure very high
