Likes

They provide incampus accommodation for Manager level positions which is good. No unethical practices and it's far from city so no pollution at all.

Dislikes

Salary benefits are not good especially huge delays in crediting monthly salary, many ex employees including me not received final settlement and there is no response at all even if you write letters to higher authorities, it's a politically backed management so less voice for employees.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
