Today we will talk about our management, See we haven't received our salary for month of November yet but let's discuss our miss-management , If you are facing any issue regarding accounts so for sure accounts head will not help you at all. If you face any problem in service so again service head don't give a damn for the same. And let's not talk about HR head she has only one job in the organization which is " hum baat karte h" . Sandeep Panday is the worst employee that any organisation can have. DO NOT JOIN THIS OFFICE FOR ANY GROWTH YES IF YOU WANT TOXICITY SO WELCOME TO NUTRIWEL. ONE HEALTH ONE FAMILY.

...you zoom link every 1 hr and will eat ur head for reference & monthly extension. Every month u'll be credited different salary ( which will get deducted day by day for not achieving their imaginary targets-₹6 lakhs per month). If your under team lead Sulekha then the pressure is even more ( madam ji won't respond when ur call for any kind of official issue, clients diets problems, software issues) but if she is pressurised by reena & bawana immediately madam ji would call & asks 101 questions. Sulekha thinks that she is the MD of the company.

After seeing this negative review, now this reena & bawana will send a zoom link to all the nutritionists,forcing them to share a positive reviews keeping salary as a knife under each one's neck. It's just torture. If you question the management regarding ur lower salary & stuff immediately u'll be fired.

...u don't achieve the target (5 lakhs per month) then ur pay per diet is ₹400. But even that will not be paid properly coz once they credit ur salary u hardly get 7-8k per month.

It's a pathetic company to work with. They can anytime stop your salary with any prior info. And can anytime ask you to leave. Pathetic MD. Pathetic HR. 👎

Pathetic place to work at. There is no management, no one who would listen to you and resolve your problem. The seniors are rude and mean. All they care about is making money, be it at the cost of a client's health. The sales team is god for them and the nutritionists can go take a hike. Inspite of raising the issues, nobody bothers to do anything about the same. There is a lot of pressure for sales on the nutritionists but nobody cares about the kind of diet being given unless the client complaints. Financial and career growth is very very poor. The appraisals happen only after 1.5 year or maybe more no matter what they say at the time of interview. The Sundays are also working once a month and they do not give the comp offs easily, not unless you meet your targets or put your foot down for the leave. Also, there is a lot of work pressure, there are phases where you have to handle more than 120 clients, however 100 clients is the basic they will make you deal with. In a nut shell DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IS YOU WANT TO WORK, LEARN and GROW.
