But after that below MD team, like administration and management is not good to handle employees.

Compensation is not good,and growth is slow. The work pressure is not in right direction from management, Administration person also involved in marketing team to harassment the employee.

Job security is there, but no life security because of no mediclaim, no life insurance, even Not provide offer latter. Appointment latter gives after one year. not gives salary slip before confirmation.
