Poor employee management by the HR department. Minimal or nil appraisal even after managing for than one job role Constant enquiry required to get the last month's salary after resignation. No fixed process flow. Expected to use personal things for company purpose, like phone number

There will be good food in canteen with affordable price apart nothing is good here very worst👎 everything.

...ce then push them for sales and convince them otherwise we will be questioned... no growth in salary and promotion as well.. only partiality to seniors will give importance.. especially GPM branch..

It may require some time to settle down... Once performance is proven, they will not leave you for salary... There might be few people who inhibit the growth/ create some politics. But overall it is good.
