Working systems is not proper ,job security is not sure when they will close the branch,and when they will remove, no proper direction in working,they will not listen our plans ,completly depand on doctors, doctors shows bossism ,if problems occurs from doctor then also management blame us, employees turn over is high ,one thing as centre Head you can learn how the management plays with employees

I like that environment of call centre and hospital management,managers and team leaders support is good👍, always thanks to our beloved chairman professor Dr.V.mohan sir and his family.
