There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Don't have mine,enough & sufficient work but they don't given proper way of leaves,if you are really serious position also they want proofs & formalities.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Poor employee management by the HR department. Minimal or nil appraisal even after managing for than one job role Constant enquiry required to get the last month's salary after resignation. No fixed process flow. Expected to use personal things for company purpose, like phone number

It may require some time to settle down... Once performance is proven, they will not leave you for salary... There might be few people who inhibit the growth/ create some politics. But overall it is good.
