I have worked here in hr department so i know every in amd out of the company they recruit the people here give them training for namesake unpaid for 10days and then kisk them out people whose salary was decided as 19k 20k they get just 2k 3k only they deduct the salary on the name of lops and many more other thing No work life balance even they call on sundays for coming to office working time will complete at 7pm bjt they hold them for 12pm in night Now they are not giving my salary too my mother was hospitalised in December month i asked them for leave for 10days but they denied and terminated me and not giving my salary too All the people who want to join the company and who are working there and new in the company please left right now because inko bs majboori ka fayda uthana ata h or kuch nahi

They never give you full salary they only give little amount like 3k 4k over the 15k, also give work pressure a lot, in Dr. Mantra you never take peace. You mantally torcher

I didn't like that when we work in dr. Mantra they don't have anything for lunch, breakfast in canteen
