No increment and other facilities are provided to the employees. No monthly assessment of performance is ever carried out. Nonetheless unprofessional behaviour executed by some founder member of this company is putting the other members in immense mental pressure. Thus employees are loosing faith and resigning from this company.

...r members and authority is polluting the work culture. No job security is there. No monthly salary,no increment,no career growth,no appraisal and thus a total disappointment. Work life balance is totally disrupted. Sometimes they will call you and ask to work for a whole day on Sunday also. This is bearable when you get paid. Basically here you have to work hard without any expectation.
