It was a very good company but day by day the culture is going to be change.in terms of job security earlier had a security but not now a days.Its not companies fault due to some senior officers and some managers.

Company is known for innovation.salary structure is average.

Company culture is good. Good policies but poor implementations.

Poor increement.Variable pay mentioned in CTC is also deducted based on company's performance,there's no minimum variable pay. You also maybe getting half of your variable pay and pro rata appraisal will be 1% if joined less than 12 months of FY. Role wise disparity

At present culture is not good. There is no job security. Regarding management, it depends upon the divisions. Company policies are very good but mostly its not followed in many places.

Dislikes

At present, There is no job security, salary are good, travel policies are good among the industry. Good place for innovation, career growth is not good at present. In my division, there is no recognition for performance, only politics plays the major role. Overall company policies are good but not followed in many places and it all happens due to the current management of all divisions. Company is loosing its banner and image in the market.

Quality and Safety these two aspects i learn fron DRL,Blindly we can take what are drug manufactured in DRL because Quality and Safery point of the view company never compromise means gives good Quality product

Job security terrible,Training good,Team mates good,Career growth average,SALARY VERY POOR,work life balance good ,Working environment good

For Covid-19 concern it is good ,reason is taking good safety precausions, Supported to employees in last Lock down period very well.

Salary increments are not in justifiable for same band level and salary corrections will be done only for few persons even though same band level.
