Good culture and we have some many opportunities to learn some things in Dr Reddys and company has developing the employees and implemented so many softwares like to avoid data integrity softwares online activities, applications of online activities like in engineering team we have PM, BD, Calibration apps. As per company culture and policies was good job security how are perfectly woking like without any data integrity, following the safety and quality. You can love to work in Dr Reddys for learning things and develop your self only not for promotion and appraisals.

...able if you joined as V1 to V4 you will be in same position don't have a growth. Experience person has same position and new joined persons also same position and better thing is salary will be different

HRLT - they have their favourites and CHRO- Archana bhaskar don't take any actions on them. Many of HRLT are very adamant Job insecurity. You never know when u r position will be removed.

Dr Reddy's always care of employee but upper management selection is not Good for 2nd line . Last 1 to 2 years few people not working in Feild and management support him this is very bad experience for me. Near hq TM huge goods supplied to pune Area. No any action from 2nd line every one no comments on this condition. Because of I am not happy good candidate values was zero for Down organisation people like rsm. All honestly working employee will resign in next few month because of only created bad practice in Pune region. Few TM not working in Feild and all goods supplied to pune City.

Salary and appraisals are on time. Learning and growth opportunities are available in company and it depends on the group where are you working. Regulatory, Portfolio management, supply chain, imjectable are cream departments. All other not good for growth and future perspective.

Dislikes

No job security. Dont know why they are hirong and firing peoples. What is company vision and why peole are working no one knows here. No performance evaluation by department head or delivery head. Perception based and third person information based evaluation. Few Department head has kept/hire few informer for this purpose. Few of the heads are dont know basic about science but pretending to be great leaders. Worst culture. Lot of polytics outsides vs south indian. Old people not able to absorb the new peoples and keep doing polytics with new peoples.
