No salary is to be paid when newly joined at least 3-4 months. After, screaming or n no. Of demands. The culture of school students are worse. 1.5 month goes in to teach students well mannered. Once you settled students co-operate with you. The behaviour is not good of the principal. Accountant Mr. Umesh is gentle man. Respects teachers.

Clear all dues after leaving the school within 2 days. Thats a good thing in management.

Not given salary on time at the time of recruitment after so much loud gave only 15,000/- at the time of rakshabanadan.

Staff is terrible and not at all co operative or helpful even. Job assurance first of all is neccessary which you would find very much lacking after that you could talk of job security.
