It is one of the best hospital and college to work with.I have work for almost 9 years at the same place but in 9 years neither my salary increased nor my designation.their should be yearly increment and career growth opportunity for stability in professional life.Their is no scope of any other training or key process to change the designation rest of the experience is ok.
