Unusual or More politics Unskilled crow snatchers get right package than eminent skilled workers, low carrer growth, a normal worker cannot project his issue or even meet management... It can be improved by setting up right person on right chair though politics usual in workplace

Except for it's location and few staff nothing is good worst management headed by a person who sits in echo Chamber happy listening to his own and a select group of staff who behave like his loyal servants.

...ed by Christian lobby with little or no respect to hindu staff or their beliefs. Pathetic salary with no proper appraisals or increment and with high rate of staff quitting the job.

...ally they are cheating students They get money easily from poor slum students. Giving less salary for staffs. But getting more work from staffs. Very worst Favorisiom.

Staffs had the freedom to teach well as the head wasn't from the same background. Able to go home on time due to college bus.

Dislikes

Head of management runs a family. No ethics, work culture. Purely biased, internal politics. No department knowledge. No respect for the staff. Treating the prof like small kids with arrogance. Worst college food science department ever.

I'm happy to be a part of this organization as i have been associated with them for over past two decades which itself speaks the value of association with them.They had been very caring about the staff and students and have taken at most care during this pandemic and torrid time. I take this opportunity to thank them for their sincere efforts.

Dislikes

I don't have much, if i had many i wouldn't have been been a part for the past twenty two odd years.
