Great learning opportunity.

Unprofessional behavior of Senior manager. Never leave employees on time. Rather employees are asked to stay back and perform tests for urgent samples (and on top of that Senior manager has the audacity to say that the management does not expect you to stay back and perform analysis). Employees are not given over time and also holidays that are declared later in the year (if it is raining heavily and a holiday is declared for the same). There are too many restrictions i.e employees are expected to submit their phones once they enter office premises. Employees are expected to have breakfast at home and come and only have tea at tea break. Employees are expected to have tea at the reception area where there isn't enough space for all to sit at once. No matter how well experienced you are if something goes wrong during analysis and the root cause is not identified then ultimately your techniques will be blamed. Even after managing your time well and finishing your work on time there will be something or the other that will lead to the delay in reporting and then you will be blamed for not managing your time well. In short not a single employee feel valued over here.

Good work environment with polite people's.all are very good in work.helpful in nature .you can learn each and every thing which improve yourself with personality n ultmate your office .over all very excellent place for work.
