I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

This hospital is a wonderful hospital. We can get work satisfaction. Friendly moving employers. We can provide our opinion about the cases and they will clarify if any doubts. Work timing also suitable to everyone bcz of three shift. Monthly there will be a function definitely comes, also yearly tours, that will be rejuvenating. Can work with peaceful mind. Monthly and weekly classes also there to improve our knowledge.
