Bad Management .They collect a part of salary from my colleagues for their simple mistakes .At the same time they never consider or punish their favourite staffs for even their bigger mistakes.That's partiality between staffs are over there. When the work load increases ,they act like as angels towards my colleagues,and never they pay any overtime or overwork remuneration for them.That management and every superior people under the management uses the policy of use and throw .For their betterment,they does anything. In My case,I haven't get any proper rest during the time of covid.I didn't get my official leaves ,during that time .They said that ,due to overwork load you must get back to your job strictly ,and this affected my health condition worsen become . I worked for them after my 1 month notice period too as per their request ,for the mistakes made my colleagues (they make works pendings due to heavy workload ,but in reality they can do it but they never did it).Also the same colleagues never share any valuable contributions to correct their mistakes and also they cheated the management and the people who trusted them by not entering data in respective sites and threw valuable data forms somewhere in the form of hidden ,one of my colleague get this information from those people by unexpectedly ,and we try to collect that forms and enter the datas into the respective sites by the help of some of my sincere colleagues. Also the worst colleagues act like as they actively worked with us,but the management knows that truth that they did nothing,but never punish them for it ,because they are some of the superiors favourite ones.
