Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I have worked happily, the co-workers are like family.

Workers need must salary .so i have come to work but the salary is too low ,not 1 month once 2 weeks once Night shift, No Appraisal No Increment not satisfied to work. cash counter incharge I am incharge so listen to what I say torture me. she will change the work time to her duty according to their need because she told i am an incharge ,There is a lot of partiality like this and that's why I left the job.
