You can introduce new topics to the syllabus without much difficulty. Management is pro students and hence knowledge impartment tools and techniques are very good. Infrastructure is much much better compared to most of the institutes in India. Very strong well qualified team of colleagues. You can self improve a lot, and management backs you with flexible timings. If you want to.introduce innivative measures, the management backs you very much if its for the benefit of the students.

Dislikes

Compensation is not as per UGC. Growth is slow ir NIL. No promitions. No official leave rules in place despite its existence for 15 years. All employees are compensated almost same despite how much ever you put in extra efforts for the development of the school. Despite all this, they do get 1000s if job application and getting job here is a big challenge. Attrition rate is very very low as the compensation is better than many private instititions.

Nothing.. Company where sr. Authorities never value their staff.. every month there is delay in salary. There is always a sword on the neck if anyy small mistakes happen people are asked to step down and dosent even pay the employee on time. How should the employee survive?

Dislikes

Company dosen't understand employees commitments. Every month there is a salary delay for at least 15 days. I would recommend no one should join the company. There is no growth at all

As the education sector as well as one of organization I get very horrible and very bad experience in which they don't have any policies for teaching and non-teaching staff, they want only big donation from the students, and I never see my mutual growth and any opportunity, in their all campus have only political policies.

It's not a university, it's political University.
