The organization engages in unethical practices of recruiting individuals from India , confiscating their certificates, withholding their salaries, and terminating them without providing necessary documents. Additionally they threaten employees with police complaints if they seek employment nearby. The work environment lacks professionalism, respect and work culture. Specific individuals such as Nisha, Shazad, Surabhi and CEO Madhu singh have been noted for their particular unprofessional behavior, creating a highly oppressive and hostile environment. More over many staffs ran from the country without any information and killed many patients by causing medical errors. And it’s simply like a jail.
