Seniors are dumb and don't know how to talk they are mostly intern and 10th fail or 12th fail and talk to their teammates with sale and tu, never want their juniors to come forward and give suggestions, treat new ideas like trash. Office boys arechewing gutkha and peak on office walls and begging for money from new employee. Favouritism is on peak.

So many things, Politics Boot ticking They put all the work pressure only on hard working employees When you want hike they said you dont achieve your targets, etc When you want off then who will going to look after your work.

The company frenchise partner asking me to do his personal work like deliver the requisition book of his own private sonography centre and asking me to deliver the amount that he earn from the reference from another Dr near to his sonography centre .
