Working culture is very poor, and not Decision making also. lack of proper decision making many time , SOP and working related decision changes

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Additionally, the positive atmosphere fosters collaboration and innovation. While the independant work culture encourages us to take the ownership of our projects.

- I don't think there is anything to dislike the organization. The culture and values roots are so strong that organization has made a significant impact in the lives of many.

Some people want to work for the company but some need only money and comfort zone.

Dislikes

1. Politics 2. Less knowledge person in logistic management. 3. Management not aware about ground level senerio. 4. If somebody want to change policy but false complaint to the management and management not able to take right decision. 5. There is no work life balance. 6. It's called "लालाजी की दुकान"
