Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. It is just an NGO to help the poor in many ways such as give some rupees without any intrest. It aware the poor people which lies below the poverty line. And skill the poor to live his life best...such as making papad...sewing cloth....making agarbatti etc...
