We as a permanent faculty have to work more than 9 hrs. That’s not ends here you will get confused what to do and what not to. They try to be sweet in front of you but let me clear they are not.

While there are several areas of concern, it is possible that the company offers certain aspects that can be liked by the individual who thrive in challenging, faced-paced environment are those who enjoy tackling the problem individually. The opportunity for growth, exposure to diverse tasks, and possibility of meaningful change might still offer valuable experiences to some employees. However, significant improvement in job security, communication, work life balance and recognition would enhance the overall experience for many employees. The work is dynamic, employee might have the chance to grow their skills independently, building resilience and problem-solving abilities.

Dislikes

1. Job Security: The hire and fire process is unsettling and creates an atmosphere of constant uncertainty. Employee perform better when they feel secure in their role, with clear expectations and trust from the organization. 2. Guidance and Communication: There is a lack of proper guidance and communication, especially from senior team members. Misunderstandings about requirements and unrealistic deliverables lead to inefficiencies and frustration among the teams. 3. Work Life Balance: Frequent weekend work, working on holidays, and being asked to work extra hours are negatively impacting employees' mental and physical well-being. Establishing boundaries and promoting work-life balance can lead to happier and more productive employees. 4. Recognition and Growth Opportunities: There are limited promotions and appraisals, which can demotivate employees. A clear and fair performance review system with timely promotions or appraisals can significantly boost morale. 5. Probation Period Practices: Extending the probation period beyond the promised timeframe (Often 6-12 months) without transparent communication is unfair. It erodes trust and discourages employees. 6. Professional Respect: Public criticism or insults damage the confidence and dignity of employees. To foster a positive work environment, constructive feedback should be given privately and respectfully but not in front of the whole team or group messaging. 7. Focus on Quality Work: The emphasis seems to be more on quantity rather than quality. Encouraging employees to focus on delivering high-quality results would enhance the company's reputation and long-term success. 8. Work Satisfaction: The overall lack of support, recognition, and unrealistic expectations is leading to low work satisfactions. Addressing the above points could significantly improve employee engagement and retention. 9. Unexpected-Unnecessary Travel after offering WFH: Initially offering WFH arrangements and then Unexpectedly-unnecessarily requiring employees to report to the office, regardless of the distance or personal cost, creates significant inconvenience. This practice feels unfair, especially then employees are given little notice and must bear the travel expenses. A clearer and more consistent remote work policy would be greatly appreciated. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken in the spirit of fostering a healthier and more productive work environment. By address these concerns, the company can create a workplace where employees feel valued, respected, and motivated to contribute to its success.
