toxic culture, toxic employees, and heads too. if u want to exit u have to serve for 3 months but if u fired there is no rule & regulation. they'll give your signature anywhere without any prior acknowledgment. Their policies only protect them not employees even if they give PF the employee & employer fund will be deducted from your salary. You can't apply for leave whatever comes as an emergency once you have entered the school premises there is no exit. The principal of the school is horrible and pathetic. principal treats their employees as laborers and never treats them as a respected person who is helping to grow the organization. overall very pathetic.

Nothing. The school has no values and the management is a group of cheaters who promise a sum of money as a salary and then does not pay. They fail to pay the dues to the teachers saying that there are insufficient funds. The workload is more than any other school. The staff is also sexually harassed by the senior students. Parents and students abuse the teachers

Dislikes

The teachers are sexually harassed by students and parents. Tipsy parents call up teachers at night and abused them.

Likes

Team work needs an improvement more of favouritism for employees which keeps your morale down otherwise everything is good.Most important the Principal M.Dipinder Kaur is very good .That's the only thing which keeps me motivated.
