...working but they expect you to work on weekends too. Some take advantage of you. No salary hike for 3rd party And before joining please confirm if they are hiring you on DP world payroll. First they say we will let you know and then they will transfer you on 3rd party role saying we don't have position on roll. If you are on 3rd party don't expect anything from the management. They can kick you out anytime. No prior notice or nothing just call communication. Hell politics from management for 3rd party Don't fall for the name DP World. If you are hired in international location then you will be lucky. Management is the worst no appreciation for good work even the employee is working almost 24*7. At the time of appraisal they ask employee 'What work did you do? Nothing as you don't have documentation of what work you have done. ...are bonded laborers. Working extra hours and working on weekends is normal here. People who is in DP World is staying because they got a huge jump in salary and the competitors are not able to match and they are not ready for pay cut. Specially the DS department is worst. The manager and leads should be fired. They want people who joins the company and launch the rocket on the next day without the requirements but on time. All upper leaders are from same company and they have created their lobby in DP World. One suggestion to future joiners you need to choose what you want money or peace of mind. They will provide you very good pay.

Pay consultant salaries on time. If your time sheets approved by manager. We need to beg for time sheet approval.

* You need to work for multiple projects on the same day. If not, you will fired. * No proper project management, business users threatening the developers. * Business users don't aware what they want ? If we deliver the application to PROD, then only they know the project requirements. Due to this we need to complete rework. * Development, DB, Design, Testing, Support .. everything you need to do. There is no separate team for each. * Full of Indian management, they are out of latest technology. But they want to finish the task in UN-determine time frame. * Wrong estimation of project tasks, 2 months task, they need to finish within a week. * No benefits for Contract employees. Even they won't even provide basic amenities like Water and Tea. * If you work for late hours, they won't provide transport. Office is in remote area. * Contract employees they treat as not a human. If you follow and do the favor of above things.. you will be in long term contract. Otherwise they will fire you within a day.

Like part is that you get your salary credited on 26 or 27 every month.

Dislikes

The basic policies are not in place including grievance leave. The management has the attitude saying "throw people out" in case they are not performing. All big talks in management and no support. You will not be given work based on your skills and you will be judged. If you are AP manager, you will be given MDM team to manage and so on. Your probation can be extended as well. The rejection rate during interview is very high, they expect an fresher also to know basic accounting before selecting. You have to work more than 9 hours to prove your dedication.

I am working in express division of dp world ,don't ever join this division of dp world .Rest all the companies are very good
